Michelle Lubbert is a seasoned real estate and corporate attorney with over a decade of experience navigating the complexities of property acquisition, zoning compliance, commercial development, and corporate governance and compliance, specializing in corporate and healthcare law and complex real estate transactions.
Michelle graduated with her Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas, with honors, and went on to obtain her J.D, from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.
She has developed a robust expertise in drafting and negotiating complex real estate transactions and overseeing all facets of real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. Additionally, Michelle has spearheaded legal strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate and operational compliance initiatives specifically in the behavioral healthcare space. Michelle's strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail has enabled her to effectively manage risks and maximize opportunities for her clients.
Her leadership in guiding cross-functional teams through the legal aspects of real estate development and corporate compliance within the healthcare realm has consistently resulted in successful project completions and attractive investment returns. In her off time, Michelle enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, and attending sporting events.
