Matthew Douglas brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to ZLD Partners. Holding a BS degree from Eastern Kentucky University, Matthew has a solid foundation in both sales and construction-related roles. This varied background has equipped him with a unique perspective and a versatile approach to problem-solving.
Transitioning from a successful career in sales and construction, Matthew ventured into the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) operations sector. He elfectively managed the day to day operations of SUD centers for three different operators, demonstrating his ability to lead and Innovate in complex and challenging environments.
In the past five years. Matthew has made significant strides in the real estate development industry. He has overseen over $60 million in construction projects and has been actively involved in more than $100 milion in real estate transactions. Most recently. Matthew served as the Vice President 0l Real Estate Development at a national healthcare provider In this role, he co-managed the Real Estate Development arm, he had financial oversight of all departmental expenditures and receivables and was responsible for negotiating contracts valued at over $100 million.
