Luke Savage is the Vice President of Operations at ZLD Partners, where he leads operational strategy and consulting across behavioral health projects nationwide. His work supports the full lifecycle of facility development—from program design and system implementation to long-term performance optimization.

Luke brings practical experience across multiple levels of behavioral health operations, giving him a grounded understanding of both day-to-day facility needs and high-level strategic goals. Prior to joining ZLD, he held leadership roles at both facility and corporate levels, served as Executive Director of a licensed inpatient facility, and led corporate implementation teams responsible for launching new programs across the country.

At ZLD, Luke helps partners navigate startup and expansion challenges, align operational systems with clinical and regulatory realities, and build scalable models for sustainable growth. Outside of work, Luke enjoys fishing and bluegrass music.
